MeWho — Terms of Service (English)

MeWho (https://mewho.party) is an individual project operated by Hamdi Tuğ. Privacy, support and legal requests: [email protected]. This notice covers the browser service and related support.

1. Service and eligibility

MeWho is a free browser friendship-quiz service for people aged 18 or older. These terms govern its use. The privacy notice explains data handling; accepting these terms does not grant optional analytics consent. There is currently no paid plan, subscription or checkout. Any future paid feature requires separate price and purchase information.

2. Accounts and content

Protect your email codes, browser session and invitation links. A guest identity depends on its browser session; recovery cannot be guaranteed if you lose it before linking an email account. You choose your own quiz’s correct answers. Your content remains yours; you grant only the non-exclusive permission needed to host, process and display it and provide sharing/AI functions you request, not a separate advertising licence. Use content and personal data only when you have the necessary rights. The owner can see participant answers/results; completion enables the participant’s own comparison. Signing out or soft-deleting a game does not immediately erase account data; email us for deletion requests.

3. Acceptable use

No impersonation, harassment, hate, illegal/abusive content, child exploitation, spam, unauthorised access, evasion of security/rate limits or collection of others’ answers. Report abuse or copyright concerns with the relevant link and explanation. Access or content may be restricted proportionately for legal, safety or serious misuse reasons; you may contact us to contest a restriction.

4. AI, intellectual property and third parties

AI questions, summaries, personality comments and emoji results may be inaccurate, inappropriate or non-unique. They are entertainment, not health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Review before relying on or sharing them and do not submit confidential/sensitive information. Service software, design and branding remain protected by their respective rights; use does not transfer them to you. External sharing applications and provider services have their own terms.

5. Availability, liability and disputes

Continuous availability, error-free operation or uninterrupted AI-provider responses are not guaranteed. Service features may change for operating/security needs. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer/privacy rights, fraud, intentional misconduct or liability that law forbids excluding. Applicable mandatory laws and protections of your residence remain in force; there is no exclusive foreign court, compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver. Contacting us first is welcome but does not restrict lawful remedies or competent consumer bodies/courts.

6. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect when required, and separate consent obtained where law requires. An unenforceable clause does not invalidate the remaining terms. Contact the address above for support, legal notices, deletion requests or complaints.
