Night Deck (hereinafter referred to as "we") is provided by us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Night Deck or contact us for support.

Night Deck operates offline and does not require an account. The app stores the following information locally on your device:

- Your chosen display name and built-in avatar.

- Your level, experience points, completed levels, achievements, unlocked card backs, and tool inventory.

- Daily challenge results and play dates (used to display progress and win streaks).

- Saved game sessions (including card play order, actions taken, tool usage, and remaining time).

- Preferences such as music, sound effects, haptic feedback, and reduced motion settings.

This information is used to support gameplay, save progress, and provide a personalized experience. The app does not transmit this information to us. You do not need to use your real name.

## 2. Advertising, Tracking, and Permissions

Night Deck contains no advertisements or tracking features and does not integrate any third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs. The app does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photo library. We do not sell or rent personal information, nor do we share such information for targeted advertising purposes.

## 3. Support-Related Communications

If you choose to contact us via email, we will receive your email address and any information included in your message. We use this information to respond to your requests and resolve support issues. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information unrelated to your request.

Local game information remains on your device until you reset the game or delete the app. To reset, please go to **Profile > Settings > Reset Progress** and confirm. This action will clear your saved progress, profile settings, saved game sessions, and preferences, reverting the app to its default state. Deleting the app via the iOS system removes its local app data. Offloading the app may preserve its data. Device backups may contain app data that can be restored later; the retention and deletion of backups are governed by the settings of your device and backup service provider. Night Deck does not operate its own cloud backup or synchronization services.

## 5. Apple Services

Apple may process information related to the App Store, device backups, or system diagnostics in accordance with its privacy policy and your device settings. ## 6. Your Choices and Requests

You can change your display name and preferences within the app, or use the "Reset Progress" feature to delete local information. Since we do not receive your local game data, we cannot remotely access, restore, or edit that data.
