1. 我们如何看待你的数据
Colorful 是一款在 iPhone 上使用的相机应用。拍照、录像、套 LUT、加颗粒等处理都在你的设备本地完成。
我们不创建账户，不收集姓名、邮箱、电话、位置，不接入第三方广告或统计分析 SDK，也不会把你的照片或视频上传到我们的服务器（本应用没有自有云端）。
2. 本应用会申请的权限
系统会在需要时弹窗询问。你可以随时在 iPhone「设置」里关闭；关闭后对应功能不可用，不影响其他功能。
• 相机：用于实时取景、拍照和录像。影像只在设备上处理，用于预览、成片和保存。
• 麦克风：仅在拍摄 Live Photo 或录制视频时使用，用于录进成片的声音。我们不会在后台录音，也不会把录音发给我们。
• 相册（仅添加）：把你拍好的照片、Live Photo、视频写入系统相册。默认不会读取你相册里的其他内容。
• 从相册选取：若你主动用系统照片选择器导入图片，系统只会把你选中的那几张交给本应用，用于在 App 内显示或编辑。这不是「读取全部照片」权限。
• 运动与方向（设备加速计）：仅在本机判断手机横竖拿法，用来旋转拍摄界面上的图标。不会上传，也不会用来追踪你的行踪。
3. 本机存储的内容
为了提供拍照回放，本应用会在 App 沙盒（例如「文稿 / Captures」）中保存最近拍摄的照片和视频副本，数量有上限（当前最多约 100 张）。这些文件：
• 只存在你的设备上；
• 卸载本应用后会一并删除；
• 你也可以在 App 的回放页中自行删除单张。
同时，若你授权了相册写入，成片还会保存到系统「照片」App。系统相册中的文件由 iOS / iCloud 照片按你自己的系统设置管理，我们无法远程删除。
本应用还会在设备本地保存偏好设置，例如语言、画幅、滤镜、柔光 / 光晕 / 颗粒 / 相框开关等。这些设置不上传。
4. 购买与 Apple
若你购买 Colorful Pro（一次性买断）或开始免费试用，付款和收据由 Apple 通过 App Store / StoreKit 处理。我们收不到你的银行卡号或完整 Apple ID 密码。
设备会向 Apple 核实购买状态，以便解锁功能或恢复购买。Apple 如何处理支付数据，以 Apple 当时有效的《隐私政策》为准。
5. 我们不会做的事
• 不出售、不出租、不与广告商共享你的照片、视频或设备标识；
• 不做跨 App 追踪，不使用 ATT 广告标识；
• 不要求注册或登录；
• 不把相机画面用于云端训练或远程审核。
6. 儿童
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若你是监护人并认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会配合处理。
7. 数据安全与保存期限
影像和设置默认只留在本机。系统相册中的内容保存多久，取决于你如何使用「照片」和 iCloud。沙盒回放库在卸载应用或你手动删除后清除。
请妥善保管设备锁屏与 Apple ID。任何通过互联网的传输都无法保证百分之百安全；本应用的核心影像路径不依赖我们的服务器。
8. 你的选择
• 在系统设置中关闭相机、麦克风或相册权限；
• 在回放页删除本应用保存的照片 / 视频；
• 卸载应用以清除沙盒中的回放文件和本地设置；
• 通过 App Store 的「报告问题」或下方邮箱联系我们。
因本应用不建立账户、不在我们的服务器上保存你的内容，我们无法像网盘那样远程导出一份「云端副本」。设备上的内容请通过系统相册或本应用回放页自行管理。
9. 政策更新
功能变化时我们可能更新本政策，并修改文首的生效日期。重大变更时，我们会尽量在 App 内或本页面提示。继续使用即表示你了解更新后的政策。

Colorful Privacy Policy

Product: the iOS app Colorful (ColorfulCamera)
1. How we treat your data
Colorful is a camera app for iPhone. Capture, LUT rendering, grain and other looks are processed on your device.
We do not create accounts, collect names, emails, phone numbers or location, integrate third-party ads or analytics SDKs, or upload your photos or videos to our servers (this app has no backend of our own).
2. Permissions
iOS will ask when a feature needs access. You can revoke permission in Settings; that feature will stop working.
• Camera — live viewfinder, stills and video. Frames stay on-device for preview, processing and saving.
• Microphone — only while recording Live Photos or video, to capture sound into the file. We do not record in the background or send audio to us.
• Photo Library (Add Only) — save finished photos, Live Photos and videos to the system Photos app. We do not request access to browse your entire library.
• Photo picker — if you import with the system picker, only the items you select are handed to the app for display or editing.
• Motion (accelerometer) — used on-device only to rotate on-screen controls with how you hold the phone. It is not uploaded or used to track you.
3. Data stored on the device
For in-app review, Colorful keeps recent captures in the app sandbox (for example Documents/Captures), currently capped at about 100 items. These files:
• remain on your device;
• are deleted if you uninstall the app;
• can also be deleted one by one in the in-app gallery.
If you allowed Add Only access, finished media is also written to Apple Photos. Those copies follow your Photos / iCloud settings; we cannot delete them remotely.
Preferences such as language, aspect ratio, filter and look toggles are stored locally with UserDefaults and are not uploaded.
4. Purchases and Apple
If you buy Colorful Pro (one-time unlock) or start a free trial, payment and receipts are handled by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your card number or Apple ID password.
The device checks entitlements with Apple to unlock features or restore purchases. Apple’s handling of payment data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. What we do not do
• We do not sell, rent or share your photos, videos or device identifiers with advertisers;
• We do not track you across apps or use the App Tracking Transparency advertising identifier;
• We do not require sign-in;
• We do not send camera frames to the cloud for training or remote review.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
7. Security and retention
Media and settings stay on-device by default. Retention in the system Photos app depends on how you use Photos and iCloud. The sandbox gallery is cleared when you delete items or uninstall the app.
Protect your device passcode and Apple ID. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure; Colorful’s imaging pipeline does not depend on our servers.
8. Your choices
• Turn off camera, microphone or Photos access in iOS Settings;
• Delete in-app captures in the review screen;
• Uninstall the app to remove sandbox files and local preferences;
• Contact us using the email below or Apple’s report-a-problem flow.
Because we do not run user accounts or store your content on our servers, we cannot remotely export a “cloud copy.” Manage files in Photos or the in-app gallery.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the product changes, and will revise the effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page where practical. Continued use means you understand the updated policy.
